Fast Track Jobs Limited, registered in Ireland under company number 814423, registered address 30 Dollymount Park, Clontarf, Dublin, D03 HW92. Contact: info@fasttrack.jobs.

2. The Service

Fast Track provides career placement support to help clients secure SDR, BDR, or substantively equivalent sales development roles. The service includes:

  • advice on changes to the client's CV;
  • advice on changes to the client's LinkedIn profile;
  • coaching calls and interview preparation;
  • access to the Fast Track learning platform on Skool, which continues after the program ends.

Service continues for as long as is reasonably required to support the client in securing a role.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for the Fast Track Program include all applicable taxes and are paid via Stripe.

In some cases, Fast Track may offer an instalment option. By selecting the instalment option, the client authorises Fast Track to charge the same saved payment method for each scheduled instalment, without further authorisation at the time of each charge.

4. Failed Payments

If a scheduled instalment payment fails (for example, due to insufficient funds or an expired card), Fast Track will retry the payment and contact the client to resolve the issue. If payment cannot be resolved within 14 days, Fast Track may pause the service until the account is brought current.

5. Refunds

Fees paid to Fast Track are non-refundable. Statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are unaffected by this clause.

6. Client Cooperation

To enable Fast Track to deliver the service effectively, the client agrees to:

  • provide accurate information about their background and qualifications;
  • respond to Fast Track communications within a reasonable timeframe;
  • act on CV and LinkedIn advice from Fast Track in a timely manner;
  • engage constructively with interview opportunities.

7. Intellectual Property

The client owns their CV, LinkedIn content, and personal application materials. Fast Track retains all rights in its methodologies, frameworks, training materials, templates, Skool content, and proprietary documents. The client must not resell, share, publish, or distribute Fast Track's proprietary materials.

8. Data Protection

Fast Track processes the client's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the UK GDPR. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy at fasttrack.jobs/privacy-policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law, including statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Subject to the above, Fast Track's total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by the client to Fast Track.

10. Complaints

Any complaint should be sent to info@fasttrack.jobs. Fast Track will acknowledge within 5 business days and respond substantively within 14 days. If the complaint is unresolved, the client may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie), or the European Consumer Centre Ireland (eccireland.ie) for cross-border issues.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, save that clients resident outside Ireland retain any non-waivable rights under their local consumer law.

12. Updates

Fast Track may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email.
