Fast Track is taught completely through English before you land the role and after you land the role.

We support native English and native Spanish speakers. Nationality itself is never a filter; the right to work in Ireland or Spain and the language are.

No, once you have native English or native Spanish you can work with us. If you are a native Spanish speaker you will be working on the Spanish market. If you are a native English speaker you will be working in the UK & Ireland or the US market. The training is delivered completely in English.

We can offer advice on which companies to target, areas to live and paperwork. However, we cannot provide or help with visa sponsorship.

No. We do not qualify on university degrees or relevant experience. Graduates, hospitality, retail, other areas of business and trades backgrounds all work, for example. What we need is motivation, coachability and resilience.

Our average time from start to job offer is 42 days. This number depends on job availability and the work ethic of the candidate. Regardless of these, we keep working with you until you secure a role.

For Fast Track Career Accelerator, expect four to five hours on a slower week and 10 to 12 hours on a busier week. The busier weeks usually come at the latter end of the interview process. For Fast Track Academy, expect 3 to 5 hours per week.

We want to preserve our excellent track record of producing high-performing sales reps, and to do that we need to continue to operate in small groups rather than taking everyone.

It is a 30-minute chat with Ben. You will talk through where you are now, what you want and what has not worked so far. He will tell you plainly whether Fast Track is the right fit for you. If it is not, he will say so. If it is, we can proceed to payment and next steps.
